My distractions are a combination of work, fic writing and life in general. Work is becoming more difficult to juggle the older I get because I'm finding it difficult to justify the daily grind and the amount of time it sucks up. Aside from the pay check, it doesn't reward me any other way.

I've recently started writing MCU fanfic and of course it's taken over my life and the time I would have once devoted to writing my novel. I can't really complain though because I'm having fun doing it.

The more I think about it though, the more time I can come up with to write. If only I got off social media!
