Aww, that sucks. :( Yeah, some people are like just "power through it!" "WILLPOWER" and so on but that can be a risky and sometimes really terrible strategy. From what I've read and heard it sounds like it takes patients of chronic illnesses a lot of smarts, planning and luck to manage limited energy.
